Full blood are 100% authentic Wagyu, pure and simple. Both the cow and bull's genetics trace back to the herds in Japan and have not been crossbred.
An F3 cow with a full blood bull results in F4 or purebred. Purebreds have a genetic profile of 93.75% to 100%.
Crossing an F2 cow with a full blood bull is considered an F3 offspring being 87.5% genetic profile.
To get an F2 we breed an F1 cow to a full blood bull. The resulting offspring has a 75% genetic profile.
When a full blood bull is crossed with a cow of another breed the result is F1 offspring being 50% genetic profile.
You’ve heard the saying “health is wealth”, and Wagyu beef can be a delicious way to support your health and well-being. It stands out not only for its exquisite flavor and tenderness but also for its impressive nutritional profile. This luxurious meat is rich in monounsaturated fats, and also contains higher levels of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids compared to regular beef.
Additionally, it’s a great source of protein, iron, and zinc, providing approximately 25 grams of protein per 100-ounce serving. The unique fatty acid composition of Wagyu, may contribute to a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and other health conditions. For discerning consumers who prioritize both flavor and nutrition, it offers a premium option that aligns with a health-conscious lifestyle.
